Processing characteristics of graphite mould
Step1: Select high-quality graphite materials according to the above requirements.
Step2: Cut the graphite material into the required size in the cutting room.
Step3: Graphite materials enter the CNC machining center for forming sculpture. Carbon CNC computer gongs need to be processed quickly and with high precision.
Step 4: After the mold is formed, the final graphite polishing can be carried out on the polishing machine, and the polishing can be completed. After three dimensional inspection of the metadetector, the product can be put into production.
